Digital. First in a series of 4.
I’ve been doing some digital stuff whilst I plan out my next project. It’s been a while since I went full-tilt in Photoshop. Today’s subject is Mika, the Malinois (Belgian Shepherd) pup. I say pup – he’s more like a moody teenager now.
I’ve gone for a Warhol-esque feel. Warhol liked to combine vivid colour and halftones for his screenprinted works. I’ve taken the halftone effect one stage further, using lines to achieve an engraved aesthetic.
