Hand painted base layer, with screenprinted landscape across the piece. No matter what other light source is involved, there really needs to be UV included for it to be truly appreciated. As a result, I’ve not chosen this as my submission for the Manchester Open. It’s also quite similar to the last piece I submitted.
It’s also the first piece I have created in a while with RGB light responsiveness. As the tone and colour variations are primarily achieved in the UV spectrum, RGB light works quite well.
