For most people, this is the start of a sentence. For survivors, it’s a whole chapter. Sometimes we can’t explain or describe why we are against something, or want something to stop.
Many have also learned that trying to justify why something should stop leads to far less pleasant consequences.
If you hear someone say “Don’t”, and nothing else – leave it at that.
